Our General Manager is a passionate sommelier with over five years of experience in Aruba’s tourism industry. She has a deep love for wine and enjoys sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind every bottle. Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Jessika brings warmth, knowledge, and dedication to every guest experience at Terra.

His passion for cooking began with his grandmother’s authentic Aruban recipes. From childhood breakfasts to professional kitchens, food has always driven him. After excelling at EPB and EPI, he trained under Chef Urvin Croes, mastering pastry and leadership. Now, as Executive Chef at Terra by Jeremy Ford, he honors his roots through innovation.

Moises Ramirez

Food has always been at the heart of his life, inspired by family, love, and tradition. From cooking with his parents to training under Michelin-starred chefs in the Netherlands, his journey shaped his passion for excellence. Now, as Chef de Cuisine at Terra by Jeremy Ford, he continues creating with purpose and heart.
